Marketing for the Rest of Us
The digital marketing world can be so loud.
It can seem like a difficult road if you are not mouthing off on social media, making overly edited videos on YouTube, or blasting screenshots of payment proofs all over the internet.

However, I am an introvert.
It can be a rough go.
Digital marketing can be a turn-off for me at times.
However, it is an important detail to be taken into account.
For introverts like myself, there is a way to succeed online without having to dance on Tik-Tok.
That way is through digital products.
Digital Products?
Digital product can be a great source of income, even for introverts.
I’m not an expert by any means, but I have made a sale.
YES, ONLY ONE!
But I see the potential that it has to work well, when done correctly.
I’m still learning that part.
So, what is a digital product?
A digital product is any audio, written, video content that can be transferred to others digitally.
This can come in the form of:
- a course
- a PDF
- a video training
- audio book
- podcast
- and more more.

Digital products don’t have to be complicated.
The video below shares my experience with my digital products.
Here are some tips I have learned that can lead to success.
Create a digital product that solves a problem or can help someone get a particular outcome.
People pay for solutions to problems.
It is important to make sure that you are helping someone to get some kind of result or benefit.
For instance, if a new mother is having trouble putting her newborn to sleep, an experienced mother can create a PDF guide helping her out.
Create a digital product from your experience, skill, or area of expertise.
Be careful not to fall into the trap of focusing on trends.
Create something from your area of skill or experience.
This brings credibility to your marketing efforts.
If you try to follow a hot trend that you think will make the most money, you may lose credibility and trust.
Stick to your values.
You don’t have to sell your soul to be successful.
For instance, I’m an introvert, a quiet natured person.
A video of me being loud online trying to go viral would be a great departure from who I am.
Stay true to yourself and to your message in your marketing.
Conclusion
So, for the introvert, digital products could be a good option to consider.
Creating a digital product from your experience, your personal results, and values will bring you success, regardless of the dollar amount.
But the key is that we have to make sure to put the work into letting others know what solutions we can give to them.
The more we can grow in that aspect as introverts, we will find success waiting.
